Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough market research to understand local property trends and pricing strategies, ensuring clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service that addresses their unique needs and preferences.
· Create compelling property listings that highlight key features and benefits, utilizing professional photography and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers.
· Guide clients through the buying and selling process, offering expert advice on negotiations, contracts, and closing procedures.
· Organize and host open houses and property tours, effectively showcasing properties to engage prospective buyers and facilitate sales.
· Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns, to enhance property visibility and reach a broader audience.
· Collaborate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other industry professionals to streamline transactions and provide comprehensive support to clients.
· Stay informed about local zoning regulations, market conditions, and economic factors that could impact property values and investment opportunities.
· Prepare and present market analysis reports to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their real estate investments.
· Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and improve service delivery.
· Source, list, and promote properties for sale or rent across Dubai.
· Work on the company assigned leads, properties and clients to ensure the closing with professional attitude.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
· Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses (CMA) to advise clients on pricing and investment opportunities.
· Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
· Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure successful deals.
· Prepare and manage sales and leasing documentation, ensuring all transactions comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
· Coordinate with mortgage brokers, property developers, and legal entities to facilitate smooth transactions.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, new developments, and regulatory changes.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets.
· Represent the company professionally at networking events and property exhibitions.
