Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician with strong experience in DC electrical systems, vehicle maintenance, Heavy equipment’s (cranes, forklift, DG etc) and alternator repair. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components in various types of vehicles and equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in vehicles (cars, trucks, heavy equipment).

• Work on DC electrical systems including batteries, starters, alternators, and wiring circuits.

• Perform alternator testing, repair and replacement.

• Install, repair, and maintain vehicle electrical components such as:

Lighting systems

Sensors and control units

Ignition systems

Instrument panels

• Check charging systems and ensure proper alternator performance.

• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on vehicle electrical systems.

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately.

• Repair or replace defective electrical parts and components.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/ITI in Auto Electrical or related field.

• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician.

• Strong knowledge of DC systems and alternator operation/repair.

• Ability to diagnose and repair charging system faults.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.

• Basic knowledge of automotive electronics (ECU, sensors, etc.) is an advantage

  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with heavy vehicles or industrial equipment.

• Knowledge of alternator or internal component repair.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
