Role Overview
The role of General Technician is to maintain and repair all Kids Park arcade games, rides, attractions…. etc, as well as providing technical support to customers and staff.

Responsibilities
•
Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining excellent condition of Kids Park games, attractions.
•
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic and mechanical systems.
•
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly PPM for all Kids Park games\attractions.
•
Troubleshoot and repair games\attractions and effectively diagnose issues.
•
Conducting regular inspections and overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
•
Effectively control spare parts inventory.
•
Effectively control department tools\equipment’s.
•
Reduce downtime and revenue loss, ensuring department workload distribution, and scheduled maintenance repairs to increase all kids park attractions and games performance.
•
Ensure Attractions and games efficient troubleshooting and fault resolution.
•
Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
•
Oversaw installation of new attractions, games ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
•
Oversaw commissioning and decommissioning of new and used equipment, scheduled work permits and ensured proper documentation for maintenance activities.
•
Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:
•
3+ years electronic\arcade technician role in Family Entertainment Centre industry.
•
Degree\Diploma in Electronics from official Institute.
•
Ability to work on flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays.
•
Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
•
Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams.
•
Ability to use diagnostic equipment.
•
Ability to install and maintain arcade game machines.
•
Ability to carry 50lbs.
5.
Preferred Experience:
•
PLC Certificate.
•
Microcontroller PIC Certificate.
