Role Description This is a full-time Painting Foreman role based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Painting Foreman will lead and manage painting teams, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include planning and organizing painting tasks, overseeing the application of paint and coatings, maintaining work quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires regular communication with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications Proven experience in painting projects, team supervision, and project management Knowledge of various paint types, tools, and application techniques Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and regulations Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Proficiency in basic administrative tasks such as progress reporting and materials management Experience in the construction industry, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are an advantage
