As part of the expansion of our Sozio Middle East subsidiary, we are looking for a Perfumer Analyst to strengthen our creation team based in Dubai.
Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Creation Director for the Middle East, you will play a key role at the intersection of creation, analysis, and quality, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of fragrance compositions developed for the region.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Analytical Expertise
Analyze and interpret fragrance compositions and GC-MS techniques Identify and quantify raw materials within formulas to support duplication, reformulation, or quality verification. Fragrances formula creation through analytical interpretation and contribute to creative projects. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot GCMS in coordination with the other Perfumer analyst . Contribute to update GCMS librairy Ensure ongoing technological and regulatory monitoring of raw materials and analytical tools.
Creative & Technical Collaboration
Provide analytical and technical support for formula optimization and creative interpretation. Create or adapt fragrance formulas based on analytical insights and customer briefs across multiple categories (Air Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrance). Participate in sensory evaluations and olfactive panels to support creative development.
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate in the resolution of technical or quality issues involving fragrance formulations. Participate in internal or client presentations.
Profile Required
Master’s degree in Chemistry and perfumery field, with experience in fragrance formulation or analytical chemistry.3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical fragrance laboratory or within a fragrance manufacturer. Proven command of chromatographic and spectrometric techniques (GC, GC-MS). Good understanding of olfactive language, fragrance structure, and formulation principles. Rigorous, methodical, and scientifically curious, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable in a multicultural environment.“Fluent†English required; French or Arabic would be a plus.
