Certificate in Service Now, HPE Service management tools is preferable. Certificate in Networks, Aviation center and application management tools is Preferable PMBOK, PMP Qualification is preferable

Experience of managing and administrating Enterprise Service and Operation Management Systems in process driven customer centric industries. They should be experienced in implementing Service and operation Management processes and tools in Enterprise, leveraging various service management technologies to manage the BT infrastructure and application environment and to provide a clear and effective information.
They should have strong experience and understanding in:Implementation of IT Service Management process. Implementation of IT Service Management tools in Enterprise. Service Now Service management and operation management modules. Operation management tools like NNM, NA, OMi, OBR, Site Scope, Arc Site, CO, SOM. Network Connectivity (LAN / WAN) Win2000 Server, Active Directory DHCP, DNS and other Microsoft Back Office products. Implement and Manage Desktop Management system (SCCM) Implement and Manage Desktop Performance Monitoring System (Nexthink) Implement and Manage Remote Desktop tools (Bomgar) Support Software Asset Management tool Develop Service and Operation performance Aviation dashboard
