Commercial Operations Executive - UAE
Part-Time Consultant | 3-Month Pilot | Retainer + Commission
Auxaura is looking for a UAE-based Commercial Operations Executive to help develop new client opportunities in Dubai and the wider UAE market.
We deliver managed IT services, service desk support, software development, cloud, cyber and dedicated technical resources through our South African operations, giving UAE businesses access to high-quality technical capability at a significantly lower cost than traditional local delivery models.
This is a part-time, mainly commission-driven role suited to someone commercially confident, well-organised and proactive. You will identify prospects, build referral relationships, book meetings, support proposal follow-up and help manage basic UAE company administration and finance coordination.
The role would suit someone with B2B sales, IT services, outsourcing, telecoms, recruitment, corporate services or professional services experience.
You must be based in the UAE and able to work independently on a flexible consultancy basis.
Key Responsibilities· Building a UAE prospect pipeline.· Approaching potential clients and referral partners.· Booking qualified meetings.· Supporting commercial follow-up and proposal activity.· Maintaining CRM/pipeline records.· Assisting with invoice tracking, payment follow-up, banking coordination and company admin· Liaising with accountants, banks, corporate service providers and other local stakeholders.

This is an initial 3-month consultancy role with a modest retainer and commission on successfully closed business.
There is potential for the role to grow as UAE revenue develops.
