Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Dock and Door Service Engineer. The role involves conducting maintenance and repair of dock and door systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support. Responsibilities include delivering technical assistance, performing regular inspections, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve mechanical and technical issues. Experience in Field Service and hands-on Maintenance & Repair of dock and door systems or similar equipment. Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industry standards during maintenance and repair activities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Technical certification or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred. A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
