Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating and developing design concepts for various projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives

• Create and deliver high-quality design assets, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts

• Support the design team in maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements

• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to contribute fresh ideas

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of design materials to a client

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design templates and style guides

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines

• Familiarity with various brands and suppliers in the design industry

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and techniques offered by different brands and suppliers

• Ability to collaborate with the procurement team to source design materials and products from trusted suppliers
