Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct detailed topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for infrastructure projects.
Perform setting-out for roads, utilities, bridges, and related civil works with high precision.
Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, as-built data, and digital records.
Collaborate closely with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure survey data aligns with design specifications.
Utilize GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying instruments/software to capture and process data.
Verify and adjust survey equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
Monitor site progress and provide updated survey information as required.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in roads, utilities, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related survey tools.
Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks efficiently.
Experience working with contractors or consultants on major infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
RTA or Dubai Municipality (DM) approval experience. Profiles without this will not be considered.
