� We Are Hiring | Senior Manager – Employee Relations (UAE)
A leading government organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to join their team as Senior Manager – Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead employee relations operations, payroll, benefits, pensions, and HR services
Ensure compliance with UAE HR laws and government regulations
Drive employee engagement, happiness, and workplace culture initiatives
Manage HR systems, reporting, workforce analytics, and operational improvements
Lead strategic HR projects, change management, and excellence initiatives
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
✔ 11+ years of experience in Employee Relations / HR Operations
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws, payroll, pensions, and employee services
✔ Leadership experience within large-scale organizations or government entities preferred
✔ Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
