Roles & Responsibilities

� We Are Hiring | Senior Manager – Employee Relations (UAE)

A leading government organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to join their team as Senior Manager – Employee Relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee relations operations, payroll, benefits, pensions, and HR services

  • Ensure compliance with UAE HR laws and government regulations

  • Drive employee engagement, happiness, and workplace culture initiatives

  • Manage HR systems, reporting, workforce analytics, and operational improvements

  • Lead strategic HR projects, change management, and excellence initiatives

  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships


Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

✔ 11+ years of experience in Employee Relations / HR Operations

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws, payroll, pensions, and employee services

✔ Leadership experience within large-scale organizations or government entities preferred

✔ Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

� Location: Dubai, UAE
