• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through furniture selections, offering personalized design advice to enhance their spaces.
• Master product knowledge, including materials, construction, and design features, enabling you to confidently address customer inquiries and highlight product benefits.
• Develop creative sales strategies, including in-store promotions and personalized follow-up, to achieve and exceed sales targets and maximize revenue generation.
• Create detailed and accurate sales quotes, process orders efficiently, and coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in interior design or a related field is a plus, showcasing a foundational understanding of design principles.
• Prior experience in furniture sales or a related retail environment is preferred, highlighting a familiarity with sales techniques and customer service.
• No specific certifications are mandatory, but certifications in sales or customer service can be advantageous, indicating a commitment to professional development.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the furniture industry or related retail, demonstrating a proven track record of success in sales and customer engagement.
