Role Overview
The role of Sales Executive responsible for identify, target, and acquire B2B relationships ensuring strategic partnerships, The role is focused on direct outreach and client engagement with schools, corporates, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), online travel agencies (OTAs).
Work on building and managing a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and relationship management. Assist in the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal support to closing deals and coordinating onboarding documentation

Responsibilities
•
Identify, target, and acquire new schools, corporates, governments entities, private sector, banks …etc in the Abu Dhabi, introducing Kids Park offers, promotions, packages…etc.
•
Support revenue generation across multiple channels, including general ticketing, tours, educational and corporate programs, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
•
Support school and sports tourism group sales through direct outreach to schools, sports academies, and group travel operators.
•
Support in designing and developing sales strategies focusing on Kids Park products.
•
Represent Kids Park in Road Shows, Fairs, Events in UAE.
•
Maintains close contact with B2B internal sales team and picking up sales leads and updates them with the current updated Kids Park offers & Promotions.
•
Builds and maintains relationships and regular contacts with schools, corporates, governments entities, private sector, banks …etc in the Abu Dhabi.
•
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned DMC, OTA, and corporate accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
•
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales and sponsorship deliverables.
•
Designed and led B2C sales plan includes corporate promotions, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal activations.
•
Developed B2B partnerships with corporates, schools, and tourism operators.
•
Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects to expand reach and increase sales opportunities.
•
Leverage existing database and network of schools, corporates contacts to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
•
Work closely with DCT on initiatives that promote Abu Dhabi.
•
Target B2B, B2C events such as team building, various events inside Kids Park.
•
Conduct presentations and on-site visits to schools, corporates, roadshow selling Kids Park offers & promotions and explaining the benefits for students, staff, and families.
•
Attend school events, fairs, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and connect with new clients.
•
Ensure timely follow-ups and build long-lasting relationships with schools, parents, and educational organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:
•
3+ years proven UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) experience in sales within entertainment industry.
•
Strong sales knowledge of the Abu Dhabi`s school network, corporates, private sector, governments entities…. etc.
•
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•
Ability to build and maintain relationships with school leaders, corporates, governments entities, and stakeholders.
•
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•
Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
•
Highly motivated and target driven.
•
Fluent in English.
•
Have UAE valid driving license and own car is MANDATORY.
