Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation, ELV, and security solutions

  • Promote and sell solutions such as home automation, office automation, CCTV,

access control, networking, and smart security systems

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions

  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, presentations, and product

demonstrations

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and BOQs; follow up until deal closure

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated on new technologies and market trends in automation and ELV

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in Sales Engineering (Smart Automation / ELV / Security Systems)

  • Strong knowledge of:

o Home Automation: lighting control, curtains/blinds, smart locks, CCTV,

smart gates

o Office Automation: access control, meeting room automation, audio

systems

o ELV Systems: CCTV, access control, intercom, PA systems

o Networking & ICT: Wi-Fi, structured cabling, server rooms

o AI-based security: video analytics, intrusion alarms, digital door locks

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong client handling and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
