Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project budgets and resources, optimizing allocations to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
• Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential issues early and developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Conduct regular status meetings and reports, communicating project progress and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during project phases.
• Mentor and develop project managers and team members, nurturing talent and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on high-rise and tower projects in the UAE Proven track record in senior leadership roles such as Project Director or Senior Project Manager Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and approval processes Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver large-scale, multi-million-dirham developments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
