• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure products meet quality standards, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing, focusing on performance, usability, and reliability to enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development process, promoting a culture of proactive quality assurance.
• Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases that align with project specifications and requirements to ensure full coverage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation for quality assurance work.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, demonstrating a proven track record in testing methodologies and quality control processes.

• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or Six Sigma that validate expertise and commitment to quality assurance practices.

• Experience in industries like software development, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals, showcasing adaptability across diverse sectors.
