As part of the continuous growth of our Energy, Utilities, and Infrastructure recruitment division, Black Pearl is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the UAE. This role will primarily focus on the delivery of technical and engineering recruitment requirements across the energy, utilities, power, infrastructure, EPC, and industrial sectors. We are looking for someone who is: • Strong in sourcing and headhunting candidates through various channels • Experienced in technical and engineering recruitment • Capable of building talent pipelines for ongoing and future projects • Delivery-focused and committed to closing requirements efficiently • Strong in stakeholder and candidate management • Independent, proactive, and a team player • Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment The role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers, supporting recruitment operations, and helping strengthen direct hiring capability across the business

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following critera: • Bachelor’s degree is required • Strong and proven recruitment experience within energy, utilities, power, EPC, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial sectors • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability • UAE recruitment experience is required • International recruitment exposure is a strong advantage • Strong fluency in English communication • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills • Independent, proactive, and delivery-focused • Team player with strong coordination and communication skills • Experience handling technical and engineering recruitment is highly preferred To view other roles we have, please visit our website - www.blackpearlconsult.com
