Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies within mobile apps.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with on-device measurement (ODM) solutions, multi-channel and cross-device attribution models and ability to evaluate and implement appropriate attribution strategies.
Experience in mobile app analytics platforms (both Google and third-party such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Amplitude, etc.) with an understanding of their data models, event structures, and reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for consent management and data anonymization in a mobile app context.
Ability to define test hypotheses, set up experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations for app optimization.
Ability to communicate in Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
