We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and drive key business initiatives from planning and coordination through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, solid business understanding, and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is well suited for candidates with prior experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in the internet/technology or financial services industries. The candidate will work closely with teams across product, technology, operations, compliance, and business functions. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, and Arabic is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of key company projects, including initiation, requirement gathering, planning, coordination, execution, risk control, and delivery • Collaborate with product, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment on goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables • Own project timeline management, including plans, milestones, and tracking mechanisms • Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery • Drive process improvements and optimize business workflows • Establish and improve project governance, reporting, documentation, and risk management practices • Provide regular updates to senior management • Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-changing environment

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above (Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Business preferred) • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management • Experience in internet/technology or financial services preferred • Full lifecycle project experience from requirement analysis to delivery • Strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills • Fluent in Chinese and English • Arabic is a strong plus • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc. • Middle East / Dubai experience preferred Preferred Qualifications • Experience in both internet products and financial business projects • Exposure to cross-border payments, fintech, digital assets, or complex systems • Experience working with multicultural teams • Strong business abstraction and process design skills • Comfortable in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments What We Are Looking For • Strong ownership and execution capability • Result-oriented with high accountability • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and delivery quality
