Roles & Responsibilities
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyse business performance, financial data, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
Track key business KPIs and highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather and interpret data.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors supporting daily operations and priorities.
Manage Board of Directors calendar, meetings, travel, and communications.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing notes for internal and external meetings.
Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Board of Directors
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Board of Directors
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar).
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Prior experience supporting CXO-level executives is an advantage.
