Department: Property Management / Leasing
Key Responsibilities: Lease Administration & Compliance
- Prepare and execute all tenancy contracts, addendums, and legal documentation.
- Register and manage government lease systems (e.g., Ejari or Tawtheeq).
- Maintain accurate and updated tenant records in property management software (e.g., Yardi or Oracle).
- Issue 90-day renewal notices and follow up on tenant intentions to vacate or renew.
Financial Management
- Collect and process rent cheques, security deposits, and service fees.
- Manage payment delinquencies and follow up on outstanding arrears.
- Process security deposit refunds after conducting final inspections and clearings.
Move-In & Move-Out Coordination
- Conduct property handovers and move-in inspections with new tenants.
- Ensure all utility connections (DEWA, Chiller, Gas) are transferred or active.
- Execute move-out inspections, documenting any damages or maintenance requirements.
Tenant Relations & Maintenance Support
- Serve as the first line of contact for maintenance requests, logging them into the system and tracking resolution.
- Liaise with Facilities Management (FM) teams to ensure repairs are completed to tenant satisfaction.
- Resolve tenant complaints and disputes professionally to maintain high retention levels.
Experience:
- Leasing in Real Estate: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Required)
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in real estate property management or tenant relations.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (Yardi/ERP).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and multilingual communication skills.
