Location: UAE/ Africa – Candidate should consider relocation as needed.
We are looking for an experienced Diesel Generator Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and lead installation and maintenance activities for DG sets ranging from 100 kVA to 2500 kVA.
Qualifications: -Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Skills
Strong hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of DG sets
Expertise in leading OEMs: Caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins
Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Experience with synchronization systems, AMF panels, and load management
Team leadership experience with technicians and operators
Key Responsibilities--Supervise DG installation & commissioning activities
Lead preventive & corrective maintenance programs
Ensure high equipment reliability and operational efficiency
Coordinate with OEMs and manage service schedules
Maintain safety, compliance, and reporting standards
