We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Generate and manage property listings
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and agreements between buyers and sellers
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to transactions
• Promote properties through online portals, social media, and networking
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property leasing is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
