JOB TITLE: Technical Services Engineer
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP 1), Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Driving Licence: Valid UAE Driving Licence required
Reports To: Operations Manager / Head of Department
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Services Engineer will be responsible for handling site inspections, supervising technicians, preparing scopes of work, coordinating maintenance jobs, and ensuring quality service delivery for AC, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and renovation works across Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct site inspections for residential and commercial properties
• Diagnose issues related to AC, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Prepare scope of work, material lists, and job requirements
• Coordinate with technicians and supervise work on-site
• Ensure quality control and proper job completion
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) scheduling and management
• Review quotations and technical requirements
• Handle customer technical concerns and provide recommendations
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all sites
• Attend operations meetings and support resource planning
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in technical services or maintenance industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, AC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience in site inspections and technical quotations
• UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)

Skills
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualification
Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline — must be attested for UAE
UAE Experience
Minimum 4 years in a technical supervisory or engineering role within the UAE home/commercial services sector
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of AC systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services; ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Scope & Quoting
Proven experience preparing scope-of-work documents and reviewing technical quotations
AMC Management
Prior experience managing or coordinating Annual Maintenance Contracts
Driving Licence
Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory. Manual transmission preferred
Languages
Excellent English (written and verbal) required. Arabic or additional language an advantage
IT Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; comfortable using service management software and CRM platforms
