Reports To: Head of Department / Technical Services Engineer
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Salary: AED [To Be Confirmed] + Performance Incentives
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Technical Sales & Customer Support Executive will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings, follow up with customers, and support sales growth for the technical services department. This is an office-based role requiring strong communication skills, customer service experience, and basic technical knowledge related to AC, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
• Explain services, pricing, and booking procedures to customers
• Prepare and send quotations to customers
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed jobs
• Coordinate technician bookings and scheduling with operations team
• Maintain customer records and booking updates in the system
• Support AMC renewals and customer follow-ups
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
• Work closely with the technical and operations teams
• Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in customer support, sales, or technical services industry
• Knowledge of AC/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or maintenance services preferred
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
• Excellent English communication skills
• Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field preferred
Industry Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer support or sales role within a home services, FM, or technical services company in the UAE — REQUIRED
Technical Knowledge
Practical familiarity with AC/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general home maintenance services — sufficient to diagnose customer issues and describe solutions accurately
Sales Track Record
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a service environment
CRM / Systems
Comfortable using CRM platforms, job management software, WhatsApp Business, and standard office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
Languages
Excellent English (written and verbal) — mandatory. Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage in Dubai's market
Communication
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — able to adapt tone and style to different customer types
