Role - Associate Director Business Development. Industry - Real Estate, Asset & Property management Location - Dubai,U. A. E.
Responsibilities -Responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s real estate portfolio. This role focuses on combines business development initiatives such as owner acquisition and portfolio expansion, with oversight of day-to-day Community Management and Property Management operations, generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term revenue and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities -Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate sectors Convert new deal and support in onboarding, Lead negotiations for new projects, partnerships, leasing agreements, and investment opportunities Support land acquisition, project expansion, and portfolio diversification initiatives.
Requirements - Candidate must have a min of 10+ years of progressive experience in Real estate, Community Management, Property Management, and Operations leadership roles. Proven track record in managing multi-cluster portfolios or large-scale residential/commercialproperty operations Strong experience with cross-functional team leadership, vendor management, etc.
