About the Role We are a luxury jewellery brand seeking a Sales & Business Operations Manager to handle core back-office operations while supporting front-end activities when required for one of our entities in Dubai. The role involves inventory planning, cataloguing, costing, shipment coordination, and operational support across both B2B and B2C divisions. The candidate will represent the Hong Kong office from Dubai and ensure smooth coordination between regional teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage back-office operations including sales documentation, CRM updates, reporting, and coordination with Hong Kong teams. Oversee inventory planning, stock movement, and product readiness for clients and events. Handle product cataloguing, SKU creation, pricing updates, and costing sheets. Coordinate shipments, customs documentation, logistics planning, and delivery follow-ups. Support B2B & B2C sales with product preparation, client coordination, and event participation as needed. Assist in backend planning for exhibitions, trade shows, and private events. Act as the operational bridge between Hong Kong and Dubai teams.
Qualifications7–15 years of experience in luxury jewellery operations, sales coordination, or backend support. Strong knowledge of inventory, costing, cataloguing, and logistics. Experience in Dubai/UAE market preferred. Diploma/Degree in Jewellery, Business, or Marketing.
