Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect. The role involves designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to client needs, developing robust solution architectures, and ensuring seamless integration with related systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure that all design and development activities align with business objectives. Additionally, the role includes participating in architectural reviews and offering guidance on best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes and transformation objectives. Design and position Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (F&O / CRM) in alignment with client requirements. Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions. Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation. Estimate implementation scope, effort, and project timelines in collaboration with delivery teams. Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the pre-sales cycle. Ensure a smooth transition of projects to delivery teams following deal closure.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration techniques Proven abilities in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on scalability and performance Exceptional Communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in delivering Dynamics 365Proficiency in designing platforms that meet complex organizational requirements Analytical problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced certifications in Dynamics 365Prior experience working in a client-facing or consulting role is highly advantageous
