Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker with a solid track record in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge, an existing client base, and the ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. This is a commission-based role, with compensation directly aligned to individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:– Source, secure, and transact residential properties across key Dubai communities– Build and maintain relationships with private clients, investors, and market stakeholders– Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment strategies– Conduct property presentations and private viewings with professionalism and precision– Develop and execute tailored marketing approaches for listings– Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitive positioning– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions– Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards
Requirements:– 3–5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage– Demonstrated track record of completed transactions– Existing network of qualified buyers and/or sellers– Strong negotiation and closing capabilities– Excellent communication and presentation skills– Fluent English; additional languages (European or other) are a strong advantage– Professional demeanor and client-facing presence
