Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct time studies, motion studies, and productivity analysis.

• Optimize manpower utilization, production layout, and material flow.

• Support production planning and capacity analysis activities.

• Prepare SOPs, workflow charts, and process documentation.

• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams.

• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, downtime, and operational performance.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.

• Support automation and industrialization projects within manufacturing operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures.

• Participate in factory improvement and expansion projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.

• Experience in modular construction, steel manufacturing, prefab, or industrial production environments preferred.

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and industrial engineering tools.

• Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing systems
