Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE, specialising in precision sheet metal fabrication and HVAC components. They are looking for a skilled and reliable machine operator to join their production team and operate flanging and rolling equipment to high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate flanging and rolling machines for sheet metal fabrication.

• Set up machine parameters as per job requirements and technical drawings.

• Perform rolling, bending, and flanging of metal components to required dimensions.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and dimensional accuracy.

• Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality and efficiency.

• Carry out routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.

• Report any machine malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and responsibly.

• Adhere to all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience operating flanging and/or rolling machines.

• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to dimensional accuracy and quality.

• Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and safe operating procedures.

• Background in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC manufacturing is an advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment
