Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee retention strategies.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.

  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

  • Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.

  • Coordinate training and development programs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.

  • Act as the company’s spokesperson when required.

  • Make Employee Wellbeing related plan and Organize corporate events etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree: Master or bachelor degree, preferably in HRM, Law, Economics or Engineering

Working Experience: Over All: 5 yrs. Oil & Gas Background (Up Stream): 5 yrs+ Preferred. Middle East ,Similar Position(UAE local experience (labor law, immigration, HR operations)) : 1 yr

Soft Skill Requirement: Well versed with the UAE Labor law, Immigration law and rulings, HR Training and Development Program

  • Communication Skills – Clear and professional interaction with employees and management

  • Empathy & Emotional Intelligence – Understanding employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace.

  • Problem-Solving – Addressing HR challenges like conflicts or policy issues.

  • Confidentiality & Ethics – Handling sensitive employee data responsibly.

  • Adaptability – Navigating changes in HR policies and workplace dynamics

  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate across departments.
