Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee retention strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
Act as the company’s spokesperson when required.
Make Employee Wellbeing related plan and Organize corporate events etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree: Master or bachelor degree, preferably in HRM, Law, Economics or Engineering
Working Experience: Over All: 5 yrs. Oil & Gas Background (Up Stream): 5 yrs+ Preferred. Middle East ,Similar Position(UAE local experience (labor law, immigration, HR operations)) : 1 yr
Soft Skill Requirement: Well versed with the UAE Labor law, Immigration law and rulings, HR Training and Development Program
Communication Skills – Clear and professional interaction with employees and management
Empathy & Emotional Intelligence – Understanding employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace.
Problem-Solving – Addressing HR challenges like conflicts or policy issues.
Confidentiality & Ethics – Handling sensitive employee data responsibly.
Adaptability – Navigating changes in HR policies and workplace dynamics
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate across departments.
