Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire fitout process, ensuring that all phases are executed according to design specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to resolve design discrepancies and optimize project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in fitout supervision or project management within the construction industry.

  • Experience with commercial fitouts, particularly in office, retail, or hospitality sectors, is essential.
