Job Description: 1. Proactively identify new leads and manage long-term client relationships to expand the Fit-out and AMC customer base. 2. Collaborate with technical teams to estimate manpower and prepare accurate commercial proposals for modification and maintenance projects. 3. Leverage strong insights into UAE market pricing, Fit-out demands, and local Civil Defense/NFPA safety standards. 4. Lead contract negotiations and tender submissions to successfully close deals and meet sales targets.

Qualifications: 1. Male, 40 years old and below, with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the Fire & Security industry. 2. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. 3. Proven experience in generating business through FM companies, contractors, and end-users. 4. Strong knowledge of Fire & Security Systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, suppression systems, and fire equipment, with a valid UAE driving license.
