About the Role
We are hiring experienced Off-Plan Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing real estate team in Dubai.
This role focuses on developer projects (primary market), helping clients invest in high-ROI properties across key Dubai locations.
If you are a target-driven sales professional with strong closing skills and real estate experience, this is a high-earning opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage leads (digital platforms, referrals, campaigns)
- Present off-plan projects (features, payment plans, ROI)
- Conduct client meetings (virtual & face-to-face)
- Match clients with suitable investment opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales process (unit selection, booking, payments)
- Coordinate with developers for availability, pricing, and offers
- Build strong relationships with clients and developers
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends

Requirements- Proven experience in real estate sales (off-plan preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required)
- Knowledge of ROI, investment strategies, and Dubai property market
- Ability to close deals and meet targets
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
Work Schedule- 5 days per week
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible)
- Office-based depending on team leader schedule
