Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Train, motivate, and monitor staff performance
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when required
Support management with reports, sales targets, and cost control
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a restaurant (UAE experience preferred).
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Knowledge of POS systems, reporting, and basic financials.
Passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
