Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager – Fleet Operations to lead and manage our fleet division. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in fleet operations, utilization management, KPI implementation, maintenance planning, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end fleet operations and transportation activities

Develop and implement fleet utilization KPIs and operational performance strategies

Monitor vehicle productivity, efficiency, and cost control measures

Manage preventive and corrective fleet maintenance programs

Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies

Support business growth through operational planning and fleet optimization

Lead and manage operations teams, drivers, supervisors, and support staff

Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance analysis for management

Improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
