Fit-Out Sales Executive Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, civil modification, and turnkey projects
- Identify and approach potential clients including office owners, retail shops, restaurants, villas, property management companies, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions to understand client requirements
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams for quotations, proposals, and project submissions
- Follow up with clients and consultants to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and project progress
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming fit-out opportunities in the UAE
- Represent the company professionally during presentations, meetings, and sales negotiations
Requirements
- Proven experience in fit-out, interior, renovation, or construction sales within the UAE
- Strong ability to generate leads and secure projects independently
- Good understanding of fit-out works, interior finishing, civil works, and project execution processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Strong networking and business development capabilities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Familiarity with UAE fit-out market, contractors, consultants, and property sector is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented personality
