Roles & Responsibilities
Job Objective :
To oversee, coordinate, monitor and manage the performance of appointed security service providers across the company’s property portfolio, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a secure and safe environment for residents, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security Operations Oversight
Supervise and monitor security operations across all communities and manage properties. Managed properties include residential buildings and villas, retail, commercial, hospitality and master community.
Ensure security deployment aligns with approved manning levels and site requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits (day/night) to assess service quality and compliance.
Ensure all security systems (CCTV, access control, barriers, etc.) are operational and properly utilized.
2. Service Provider Management
Act as the primary point of contact for the appointed security service providers.
Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
Review and validate monthly invoices for actual deployment and attendance.
Conduct regular performance review meetings with service providers.
Ensure adequate staffing, training, and supervision by the contractor.
3. Incident Management & Reporting
Ensure all incidents are properly reported, recorded, and investigated.
Review incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when required.
Maintain incident logs and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and authority requirements (e.g., security licensing, safety standards).
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
Ensure emergency response procedures are in place and regularly tested.
5. Training & Awareness
Ensure security personnel are adequately trained and certified.
Conduct periodic drills (fire, evacuation, emergency response).
Support awareness programs for residents and staff on safety and security practices.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with Community Managers, FM teams, and other stakeholders on security matters.
Address resident complaints and feedback related to security services.
Support events and special security arrangements within communities.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on security performance, incidents, and risks.
Maintain updated records of deployment, incidents, audits, and compliance documents.
Track and report KPIs and improvement plans.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in security operations, preferably in community management, real estate, or facilities management
Experience managing outsourced security contracts is essential
Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and contractor management skills
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation
Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Working Conditions
Will require travel between multiple sites within the portfolio
Flexibility to attend emergency situations outside standard working hours
Periodic night inspections and audits

First Aid / Fire Safety certification
