Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create high-quality and creative embroidery designs aligned with premium fashion and luxury brand standards.

2. Prepare accurate embroidery digitizing / punching files for production.

3. Develop embroidery sketches and design concepts based on market trends and customer requirements.

4. Understand fabric behavior, embroidery placements, stitch types, thread selection, and finishing techniques.

5. Modify and improve existing embroidery patterns with creative enhancements.

6. Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.

7. Ensure all embroidery files are production-ready and meet quality standards.

8. Research UAE and international embroidery trends to create modern and innovative designs.

9. Troubleshoot embroidery technical issues and optimize designs for machine performance.

10. Maintain creativity, originality, and precision in every design project.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Embroidery Designer / Digitizer.

2. Strong experience in embroidery digitizing, punching, and sketching.

3. Good understanding of premium brand aesthetics and luxury embroidery work styles.

4. UAE embroidery industry experience is highly preferred.

5. Creative mind with strong design sense and attention to detail.

6. Proficient in embroidery software and production file preparation.

7. Strong knowledge of embroidery machine processes and technical limitations.

8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

9. Must currently be available in the UAE (first priority).

10. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
