Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless integration of MEP systems into overall project design.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other project management software tools.
