Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse/store operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production departments.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for dairy and beverage products
Handle material receiving inspections and verify delivery documents.
Coordinate loading/unloading activities and optimize storage space utilization
Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas and ensure product quality standards.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Prepare inventory reports, discrepancy reports, and stock movement analysis.
Supervise store assistants, forklift operators, and warehouse helpers
Minimize stock damage, wastage, and expiry losses.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Commerce
Experience in dairy, beverage, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices
Familiarity with cold storage operations and food safety standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
