Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To manage and grow sales across all allocated discount store accounts in UAE, with primary focus on liquidation of company stock, driving fast stock movement, and securing fresh seasonal Back-to-School (BTS) orders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Stock Sales & Liquidation

  • Drive sale of available company stock through discount store channels in UAE.

  • Identify opportunities to liquidate slow-moving, aged, and excess inventory.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for updated stock availability, pricing, and quantities.

  • Present suitable stock offers to customers and close orders quickly.

  • Ensure continuous movement of stock through regular customer engagement.

 

Customer Account Management

  • Manage all allocated discount store accounts on day-to-day basis.

  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision makers.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand demand and opportunities.

  • Follow up on quotations, approvals, and order confirmations.

 

Fresh Booking – BTS Category

  • Secure fresh seasonal bookings for Back-to-School (BTS) programs from discount stores.

  • Present new BTS ranges and pricing to customers.

  • Coordinate internally for costing, samples, and submissions for BTS orders.

  • Drive timely order closures for seasonal programs.

Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sourcing, warehouse, and logistics teams for stock readiness and deliveries.

  • Ensure timely PO receipt, invoicing, and dispatch follow-up.

  • Communicate any delays or issues to customers in a timely manner.

  • Maintain proper sales records, stock movement updates, and customer communication.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience required.

  • Mandatory experience in any of the following industries: Apparel, BTS, Home, or Toys.

  • Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license.
