Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Experience & Operations Coordinator to manage customer interactions, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth internal operations. This role is key to delivering a seamless and premium experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients across all communication channels
  • Respond to inquiries and guide clients through the booking process
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Booking & Scheduling

  • Coordinate and manage client bookings and appointments
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and timely follow-ups
  • Handle rescheduling requests efficiently

Operations Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
  • Resolve coordination and workflow issues when needed

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized client records and booking systems
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries when required

Creative Support (Plus)

  • Assist with simple visual content using Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Support the creation of mood boards, client presentations, and social media assets

     

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other basic computer tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or operations roles
  • Familiarity with home styling, interior design, or lifestyle services
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
