Role Overview

We are seeking Arabic speakers based in the UAE to support speech and text-based language tasks. This role focuses on recording, reviewing, and evaluating Arabic content to improve language quality for technology and research purposes.

Nature of Work

Responsibilities may include:

• Recording Arabic speech in Emirati dialects individually or with another speaker
• Reviewing and correcting Arabic transcripts for accuracy and clarity
• Evaluating audio and text quality based on project guidelines
• Producing natural and context-appropriate Arabic responses
• Working with both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and UAE dialects

Requirements

Language Skills

• Fluent in Arabic with strong familiarity with Emirati dialects
• Strong understanding of pronunciation, tone, and natural speech
• Ability to distinguish between formal Arabic (MSA) and spoken dialects

Attention to Detail

• Ability to identify and correct linguistic errors
• Strong listening, reading, and comprehension skills
• High level of accuracy and consistency

• Commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and project guidelines carefully
• Reliable and able to complete tasks on time
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the UAE
• Experience in transcription, annotation, or language-related tasks is a plus
• Comfortable working with audio and text-based projects

Compensation & Work Structure

• Freelance / Task-based opportunity
• Pay range: $10 – $15 USD per hour
• Flexible workload based on project availability
• Tasks are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
