Role Overview

Dhabi Enterprises Establishment is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and service coordination for marine chemicals and oil field supplies. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate support while coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
  • Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
  • Provide basic technical information about marine chemicals and oil field products
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents
  • Track order status and provide updates to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update company databases
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies and delivery concerns
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requests
  • Support the accounts receivable team with payment follow-ups when needed
  • Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business Administration is preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, order processing, or administrative roles
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-focused attitude and professional communication skills
  • Basic understanding of chemical or industrial products is preferred but not required
