Arvato is looking for a Control Tower Specialist to join our Fulfilment Operations team in Dubai. The role is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain and warehouse fulfilment activities while ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance.
Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate daily warehouse fulfilment operations Distribute work orders and manage operational workload Ensure compliance with SLAs and customer requirements Act as the first point of contact for operational and technical issues Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions Track KPIs and generate performance reports Support operational projects and process documentation Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Operate within SAP / ERP systems

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or control tower functions at a managerial level Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing, inventory, order management, transportation) Experience with ERP / WMS systems (SAP preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and coordination skills
