Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring that all operations align with financial and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Expertise in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of Insurance products and services Proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Experience in Finance to align insurance solutions with client financial goals Demonstrated Team Management skills for leading and mentoring sales teams Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Professional certifications in the insurance sector are advantageous
