Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage AI initiatives and innovation programs across banking functions.
Identify AI/GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
Coordinate with business teams, Data Scientists, architects, and vendors for AI solution implementation.
Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, governance, and delivery plans.
Evaluate feasibility, business impact, ROI, and risks of AI initiatives.
Drive AI adoption and digital transformation across departments.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Prepare management presentations, status reports, and steering committee updates.
Support implementation of initiatives related to:
Generative AI
Intelligent Automation
Fraud Detection
Customer Analytics
Predictive Analytics
Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
Risk & Compliance Automation
AI-based Decision Systems
Work with PMO teams for governance and project tracking.
Coordinate UAT, change management, deployment, and post-production support.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Scrum certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Generative AI concepts.
Experience managing banking or financial services technology initiatives.
Knowledge of banking operations and digital banking ecosystems.
Experience with Agile and Digital Transformation programs.
