About the Role

CityDrinks is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, purchasing strategy, and demand forecasting to support business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop procurement and sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality supply.

  • Perform demand planning and sales/inventory forecasting to support purchasing decisions.

  • Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.

  • Maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.

  • Monitor market trends, price movements, and product availability.

  • Oversee purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock level coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.

  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and recommend improvements.

  • Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.

  • Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory prediction.

  • Experience in beverage, retail, or distribution industry is preferred.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and market research skills.

  • Knowledge of UAE supplier market and import processes is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
